RnR Grammar

In today’s show Corporal Comer was talking about his mum and he said:

“She’s always knocking about”

So… what tense is this? Boom – Present Perfect Continuous. Any idea why it’s used in this tense? As it’s not in progress in this moment, it’s not a future form… so why do we use it?!

Good question, thanks for asking. The reason is because we use this tense to talk about ANNOYING things that people do.

  2. She is always listening to terrible music.
