RnR Grammar

In today’s show, Corporal Comer said:

“Your mum bought you a new jumper because you’d worn the other one out”

All very normal, but when you listened to that on the podcast, did you noticed the ‘d? Many people miss this and it is a very difficult thing to hear, but the best way to do so is to TRAIN your ear by NOTICING it!

So start listening more closely when someone says “you’d” “I’d” “she’d” and that will enable you to start USING it more and sounding more fluent! 👊
